What You'll Do

Jump in as a full member of the technician team-assisting in treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and supporting patient care.
Keep the hospital flowing efficiently by coordinating daily tasks, anticipating needs, and helping the team stay one step ahead
support, coach, and inspire your fellow techs and assistants leading by example and encouraging teamwork.
Partner closely with veterinarians and client service staff to create a seamless experience for patients and pet owners.
Bring a service first mindset to every interaction, ensuring clients feel heard, informed, and cared for.
Look for opportunities to improve processes, communication, and team morale.

What You Bring

Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT required) with experience minimum 3 yrs.
A leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
