Ridgetop Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time veterinary client service representative to add to our growing team. We strive to provide excellent client experiences and exceptional patient care. We offer wellness and sick patient care, surgical services, urgent care (same day appointments), radiography, in house laboratory, and many other services to our clients and their furbabies. We are currently looking for candidates that are flexible with their schedule ( we are currently Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm), are problem-solvers, and have a passion for client service, as well as patient care. Job duties of our client service representatives include, but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional service to our clients.
Answering multi-line phone.
Maintaining accurate and professional patient medical records.
Entering information into our practice management system (Avimark).
Checking patients in and out of the hospital, collecting payment.
Cleaning and stocking lobby, retail areas and front desk.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
