Are you interested in making your own way and starting a business? We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team starting a fish farm in Homestead, Florida. As a team member you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our fish farm operations. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of animal care, data collection, and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

Feed and monitor fish in tanks or ponds
Perform regular inspections of fish health and water quality
Assist with breeding and spawning activities
Collect and record data on fish growth, feeding habits, and environmental conditions
Clean tanks, filters, and equipment to maintain optimal conditions for fish
Assist with the harvesting and processing of fish
Dissect fish for research purposes as needed
Maintain accurate inventory records of fish stocks
Operate and maintain mechanical equipment used in fish farming operations
Perform basic plumbing tasks for water circulation systems

Qualifications

Ability to collect and record accurate data
Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and operation
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations related to fish farming is helpful
