Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Front Office Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced veterinary environment. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal care and veterinary practices, ensuring the highest level of support for our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders to ensure efficient office operations.
Handle medical collections and process payments accurately.
Maintain accurate client and patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
Assist with laboratory tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
Provide support during veterinary procedures by preparing necessary equipment and supplies.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding pet care instructions, treatment options, and follow-up care.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front office area, contributing to a professional environment.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Excellent customer service skills and an exceptional level of communication in a professional manner
Experience in dog handling, animal restraint is advantageous.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment and ability to manage stressful situations

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
