We are looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician who is energetic, self-motivated and has strong communication skills that can multi-task to join our 4 doctor practice on the upper west side of Manhattan. Symphony Veterinary Center has been serving this area for over 20 years. We offer uniform allowance.
Only people with veterinary/animal related experience should apply.

Qualifications

Veterinary Technician Certification
Proven veterinary experience with a strong understanding of veterinary terminology and animal physiology
Proficient in animal handling, restraint, and catheterization techniques
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with pet owners and team members
Familiarity with pet care practices and animal anatomy
Experience in kennel operations and basic dental terminology is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
