Veterinarian – Apollo Veterinary
Wimberley, Texas
You get job ads all the time.
They list the same things: 401K, health insurance, CE allowance, six-figure salary.
We offer all of those—but let’s be honest, those are table stakes.
Here’s what actually makes Apollo Vet different:
Locally Owned, Independent, and Invested in You
We’re not a corporate chain. We are locally owned and led by independent veterinarians who live and work in this community. That means decisions are made with patients and people—not shareholders—in mind. You’ll have direct access to leaders who know your name, understand your caseload, and care about your growth.
We Lead With Love, Not Just Numbers
Our leaders are present on the floor—not tucked away in an office. They roll up their sleeves to help with cases, give real-time feedback, and support you through challenges. Our DVMs, techs, assistants, and client service team are connected and valued equally—because a healthy team delivers the best care.
Mentorship That’s More Than a Buzzword
Whether you’re a new grad or a seasoned doctor, you’ll have access to structured mentorship that’s tailored to your goals. We build personalized development plans, hold accountability check-ins, and celebrate your growth. This isn’t “shadow for two weeks and good luck”—this is intentional, ongoing support.
A Space Designed for You
Our thoughtful, open-concept clinics are designed so you can see the light of day—literally. Natural light, sightlines to your team, and layouts that keep you connected to your patients and colleagues make a difference in how you feel at work. This is a place you can breathe, collaborate, and thrive.
Client Care That Reflects Team Care
We believe how we treat clients mirrors how we treat our people. Our culture prioritizes empathy, clear communication, and follow-through. You won’t be asked to push unnecessary services or rush care—you’ll be supported in doing what’s best for the patient and client.
