We focus on keeping pets in their homes, supporting the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) community, and ensuring no animal is denied care due to financial hardship. Backed by a well-managed endowment, TSC has served thousands of animals since 1990, performing over 150,000 spay/neuter surgeries. As the Practice Administrator at The Spayed Club, you will have the opportunity to lead a vital nonprofit clinic dedicated to serving underserved communities with compassionate veterinary care. This role offers the chance to shape and oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including financial management, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership, within a supportive and mission-driven environment. You will work closely with an engaged Board of Directors and experienced leadership team, gaining valuable experience in nonprofit governance, budgeting, and fundraising. In addition, you’ll have the autonomy to manage and developa diverse teamand engage with the community through outreach and social media efforts.This position provides a dynamic and meaningful leadership experience where your skills will directly contribute to the sustainability and growth of a clinic making a real difference for pets and people.
