Need to find a person who is a self-starter, who can see the big picture, and is forward thinking. Good operation that can provide a long-term opportunity. Need this person to perform general maintenance of feedlot, pasture, fence, buildings, equipment, and assist with work tending sheep, ewes and lambs that are also used in rotational grazing operation for pasture quality. Need experience operating equipment for feeding and hay production. Requires the ability to work in all types of weather, ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent bases, prolonged walking, standing, frequent bending, stooping, kneeling and reaching on a daily basis. Must have full range of motion in order to operate manual, electrical, diesel or gasoline powered farm machinery, tools and equipment. Be able to perform in high working conditions (roof repair, etc.). Nice location to raise a family with good schools, and for spouse to find work also.
