This position allows you to focus primarily on horses while working alongside a skilled equine-trained assistant and accessing hospital facilities for haul-in cases. A fully equipped clinic vehicle is provided for farm visits, and on-site diagnostic support ensures you can deliver high-quality care in the field.
Qualifications Needed:
- DVM/VMD degree or equivalent with current California license eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in equine practice and ambulatory care
- Confidence in handling routine and emergency equine cases
- Strong diagnostic and client communication skills
- Motivation to contribute to the growth of equine services
