Job Description: Our client is seeking a Mixed Animal Veterinarian to take on a hybrid role blending equine general practice with small animal emergency medicine. This is a rare opportunity to work across two diverse caseloads while enjoying flexibility and mentorship in a supportive environment. With a dedicated equine assistant and a hospital vehicle available for farm calls, you’ll be well-positioned to rebuild and grow the equine side of the practice while contributing to small animal emergency services.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering medical and surgical services to both equine and small animal patients
- Managing emergency small animal cases with mentorship available if required
- Providing ambulatory care and farm calls for equine clients
- Supporting the development of equine services within the hospital
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and team-focused environment
Package:
- Base salary between $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
- Sign-on bonus of up to $100,000 for a 3-year commitment
