In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality medical care in both consultations and surgery
- Guiding clinical standards across the hospital and supporting case management discussions
- Mentoring and developing associate veterinarians and technical staff
- Working closely with the practice manager to ensure smooth daily operations
- Overseeing scheduling, training, and compliance with veterinary regulations
