Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS-registered veterinary surgeon
- Proven ability to provide clinical leadership within a small animal setting
- Confidence in both medicine and surgical case management
- Experience of mentoring and developing veterinary teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with focus on sustainable practice growth
