Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with an orthopedic interest to join their well-established 24-hour hospital in Beckenham. This state-of-the-art site has recently been refurbished and is fully equipped with laparoscopic equipment, ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, endoscopy, multiple theatres, and a separate cat ward with feline-only waiting and consulting spaces.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures with a focus on orthopedics
- Delivering high-quality care and ensuring excellent client communication throughout cases
- Taking on advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries including TPLO, TTA, and arthroscopy
- Collaborating with the multi-vet team and mentoring junior colleagues when required
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and patient welfare
