Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated Small Animal Night Veterinary Surgeon to join their established hospital team in Dartford. This role will see you take the lead on all out-of-hours cases for the hospital and its surrounding branch clinics, with full clinical autonomy in a modern, purpose-built facility.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emergency and critical care cases overnight with confidence and independence
- Delivering exceptional client communication and ensuring continuity of patient care
- Overseeing patient handovers between day and night teams
- Supporting and mentoring nursing staff during overnight shifts
- Upholding clinical standards and contributing to a positive hospital culture
