We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team, reporting to the Regional VP. This role is all about growing new business, building client trust, and maximizing revenue potential across your assigned territory. You’ll be the face of Gateway to prospective customers, helping veterinary partners feel supported and confident in our services.
What You’ll Do
- Aggressively pursue new business and expand Gateway’s presence in your territory
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals
- Leverage CRM tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create strong business solutions
- Represent Gateway at client meetings, events, and industry conferences
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English & French (required)
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Background in veterinary or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Clean driver’s record and access to a vehicle
