Your
missions :
• Responsible for the revenue of their region, ensuring the achievement of the goals established by the company while respecting the commercial policy designated for each channel;
• Analyze, diagnose, and identify opportunities within each regional area to implement, monitor, and measure action plans aimed at increasing the market share of the company's products;
• Prepare and monitor performance indicators for distributors (sell-in, sell-out, client activation, product mix, etc.);
• Ensure that management information and distributor performance evaluation reports from their region are submitted regularly;
• Implement, monitor, and measure commercial campaigns;
• Conduct technical and commercial training for distribution teams, aiming at qualification, quality, and standardization of service and correct product commercialization;
• Guide the work of distributor promoters, ensuring optimal performance in terms of technical-commercial promotion of the product line, training of counter attendants, and merchandising at points of sale;
• Prepare the sales forecast for their region in collaboration with the national sales manager, evaluating results, regional potential, and distributor performance analysis;
• Assist in case management in accordance with the company's customer service (SAC) guidelines and under the guidance of the technical department.
Your
profile :
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or Commercial Management
• Experience in commercial management in the companion animal segment (minimum of 5 years)
• Deep knowledge of the pet market
• Business management

• Computer skills (Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint)
