Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their busy hospital team in Berkshire. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide variety of cases, including more complex patients, thanks to the hospital’s 24-hour service and OOH support. Nurses are encouraged to develop in their own areas of interest, with clinical coaching and schedule 3 skills actively supported.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out nursing duties across consultations, surgery, and inpatient care
- Supporting the professional development of colleagues through coaching and training
- Delivering hands-on nursing for complex and varied cases
- Providing a high level of client communication and support
- Contributing positively to the wider hospital team and clinical discussions
