Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their 24-hour hospital in Wimbledon. This busy and well-equipped site provides a mixture of GP, referral and emergency care, creating an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a hospital setting. The role includes consultations, routine surgeries, inpatient care, and the chance to support junior colleagues while developing leadership skills.
The rota is a four-day working week with regular weekend shifts included, though importantly there are no on-call requirements. The hospital operates with a strong team of vets, nurses and support staff, and also benefits from visiting specialists, providing scope for further professional growth. Located in the heart of Wimbledon Village, the practice is surrounded by excellent transport links and a vibrant community atmosphere.
