Senior Project Manager to spearhead transformational projects that will shape the future of our business.
As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and drive sustainable growth.
About the role:
You'll be responsible for leading complex transformation projects end-to-end - from strategy through to execution. You'll manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. We're seeking an experienced project leader with a proven track record in delivering large-scale programs and fostering a collaborative, one-team culture.
Who you are
- 5+ years in senior project management roles in large technology environments, preferably in retail or customer-focused industries
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects, including Digital/Customer initiatives, from planning through implementation and deployment
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading other Project Managers and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience managing diverse stakeholder groups concurrently at all levels, including Executive leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to foster strong relationships and ensure clear alignment throughout project lifecycle
- Strong motivation and self-starter attitude with ability to motivate project teams and adopt hands-on approach when required
- Expertise in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, effectively managing resources in collaboration with senior management
- Strong commercial acumen including monitoring project progress, leading vendor conversations, Business case drafting and recommendations
- Proficiency with project delivery tools such as Jira Workflow Management, Microsoft Project, and budget management tools like Clarity
- Strong understanding and practical application of PRINCE2 project management methodologies
