Our client is a full-service animal hospital located in Lake Park, Florida. They are hiring for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate and forward-thinking team. The practice is dedicated to providing exceptional medical care while creating a warm, welcoming, and low-stress environment for both pets and their owners. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. The hospital is closed on weekends. This is a full-time position with no on-call responsibilities and no weekend or holiday shifts.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves providing comprehensive veterinary care to cats and dogs, including wellness exams, dermatology, urgent care, dentistry, surgery, senior pet care, and preventative medicine. Clinical responsibilities also include digital radiography, dental radiology, ultrasound, and diagnostics using advanced in-house laboratory equipment. The position emphasizes clear client communication, collaborative decision-making, and compassionate care. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

The hospital is a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology including digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, ultrasound, and advanced Idexx laboratory systems. Services offered include wellness exams, vaccinations, dentistry, dermatology, urgent care, surgery, puppy and kitten visits, senior pet care, and laser therapy. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
