SUMMARY
Stand up a Pricing & Promotions capability for U.S. Companion Animal. Lead a team focused on promotions analytics and execution, the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) enforcement roadmap, and continued evolution of the My Zoetis Rewards (MZR) loyalty program. Balance strategic oversight with selective hands-on execution.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and mature promotional analytics and execution; define playbooks, KPI standards, and governance to maximize ROI and share growth.
- Set roadmap and provide oversight for MAP policy operationalization and enforcement; ensure alignment with Legal and Compliance.
- Guide ongoing evolution of the MZR loyalty program, including tier design and incentive alignment with GTN.
- Manage vendor relationships for MAP compliance software; drive operational effectiveness and adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing Strategy, Legal, and Customer Operations to align objectives, sequencing, and execution.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to: Director, U.S. Petcare Commercial Deal Execution and Promotions.
- Direct reports: Lead Analyst Promotion Analytics, MZR Marketing Manager, Analyst MAP & MZR.
- Partners: Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Ops, Vendors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in pricing strategy, promotions analytics, loyalty program management, or commercial operations with leadership; regulated industry experience preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Promotional analytics, MAP policy operations, loyalty design, vendor management, and process design; strong cross-functional influence and communication; decision quality under ambiguity.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000 - $205,000. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range
for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation
