We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated individual to join us who enjoys a new challenge daily and can work with a flexible but demanding schedule.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\nWe are seeking a reliable Ag Service Technician to perform service and maintenance on tractors, combines, other agricultural equipment, as well as various trucks and other vehicles. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly. Primary responsibilities include: \r\n\r\n\r\n\tDiagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractors, other agricultural machinery, and supporting vehicles to ensure optimal performance. \r\n\tPerforming routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues. \r\n\tSpray Drone Operations (training and certification assistance provided). \r\n\tOperating agricultural equipment as needed. \r\n\tOccasionally assisting in hog barns (minimal duties). \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t5+ Years of experience with mechanical repair and maintenance of tractors or heavy machinery required (prefer experience with Case IH equipment)\r\n\tBasic knowledge of agricultural operations is a plus but not required. \r\n\tWillingness to learn drone spraying operations (no prior experience necessary; we will train). \r\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \r\n\tAbility to work independently and in various differing scenarios.\r\n\tValid driver’s license required. \r\n\tCDL preferred but not required.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCompensation & Benefits:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tStarting Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience. \r\n\t401k Match Program: We offer a competitive 401k matching plan to support your financial future. \r\n\tTraining: On-the-job training for equipment operation and drone spraying certification. \r\n\tNote: Health insurance is not provided. \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWork Environment:\r\n\r\nThis is a hands-on role in a dynamic farm setting.
