We are looking for a full-time/part time animal attendant to join our team of 7 veterinarians and 20 veterinary nursing staff.
We are a busy small animal hospital that strives to provide the best patient care in a professional manner. Among the usual diagnostics we now have the ability to provide patients with services like in-house CT, and endoscopy.
The shifts will include Monday to Friday shifts and some weekends on a rotating roster.
- Cleaning of Kennels and Cattery
- Be able to confidently handle animals
- Be able to provide water and food for animals, including animals on special diets
- Washing animals
- Exercising dogs
- Giving medications under supervision of veterinarian
- Be able to recognise signs of discomfort, stress or illness
- General cleaning duties
Previous experience at a veterinary clinic or boarding facility is preferred but not necessary.
The applicant should have excellent communication and the ability to work well in a supportive team environment.

Pay: $40,220.00 – $53,420.00 per year
