Your Role: Product Manager
As a Product Manager at Elanco, you will play a pivotal role in discovering and delivering digital solutions within a complex product area, ensuring they are valuable and viable, delivering meaningful outcomes that are aligned with corporate strategy and goals. This Product Manager role will be a critical member of the R&D Vision AI product team, leading discovery and execution of solutions that advance the way we use vision solutions across research & development.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide influential insights and establish domain expertise supported by strong analytical skills.
Introduce proactive solutions addressing market and customer demands.
Maintain and prioritize product backlog, adapting efficiently in strategic development.
Execute iterative and valuable product outcomes through practiced agile methodologies.
Persuasively communicate strategic product value across varied audiences and lead in business planning processes.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business).
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a dedicated IT Product Management role, with a strong focus on software products.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, particularly in computer vision, object detection, and behavioural pattern recognition.
Familiarity with video processing technologies and data pipelines.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment.
Experience building technology solutions for research & development teams.
Experience managing products and stakeholders in a global organization.
