Job Description: Our client is searching for a dynamic and driven Medical Director Veterinarian to lead a mixed animal hospital based in Cisco, Texas. This clinic is rooted in community values while providing modern medicine across both large and small animal species. The incoming leader will take the reins of an experienced team and guide the clinical direction of the practice, ensuring both medical excellence and team mentorship.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Leading clinical team strategy and medical protocol development
Providing mentorship and guidance to DVMs and support staff
Overseeing care across mixed animal caseloads
Maintaining high standards of communication and client trust
Driving innovation in procedures, techniques, and community outreach

Package:

Base salary with medical director bonus structure
