We are seeking a dedicated Milking & Dairy Hand to join our team located near Nathalia, Northern Victoria. This full-time role supports the farm's dairy operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular milking duties, ensuring the efficient and hygienic handling of dairy livestock
- Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of dairy equipment and facilities
- Participate in the general care and welfare of the farm's dairy herd, including feeding, monitoring health, and implementing appropriate husbandry practices
- Support the implementation of biosecurity and quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of food safety and animal welfare
- Contribute to the overall operations of the farm, collaborating with the team to achieve production targets and operational objectives
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in dairy farming or a similar agricultural environment
- Proficiency in operating dairy equipment and machinery, milking procedures and animal handling
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and biosecurity
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive and proactive attitude
