Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a prestigious organization dedicated to specialized animal care and conservation. We are seeking an experienced Falcon Breeder to manage and breed a population of over 300 falcons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of falcon breeding cycles, genetics, and care, along with a passion for preserving the heritage of falconry.Oversee daily care, breeding schedules, and health monitoring of 300+ falcons.

<\/div>Key Responsibilities:<\/div>- Manage mating programs, egg incubation, and chick rearing processes to optimize healthy offspring.
<\/div>- Work closely with veterinarians and falcon handlers to track and document breeding outcomes.
<\/div>- Maintain breeding records, genetic lineage, and monitor reproductive performance.
<\/div>- Ensure hygienic and safe breeding environments, aligned with conservation and welfare standards.
<\/div>- Train and supervise a small team of breeding assistants and ensure adherence to protocols.
<\/div>- Coordinate with conservationists and researchers on breeding-related studies or programs.

Requirements<\/h3>- Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in falcon breeding and avian reproduction.
<\/p>
- In-depth understanding of falcon behavior, breeding cycles, and genetics.
<\/p>
- Experience managing large aviary populations in the GCC or similar environments.
<\/p>
- Strong collaboration skills to work alongside veterinary and conservation teams.
<\/p>
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred.
