Applications received beyond that date are not guaranteed consideration.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSnapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDrive a strong Food Safety and Health & Safety culture in keeping with the Maple Leaf Food Safety Promise\r\n\tFoster and maintain positive union and employee relations environments, through counselling sessions, investigations or grievance meetings as needed\r\n\tWork closely with the team members to deliver winning results to meet both daily and weekly production schedules\r\n\tParticipate in audits and actively participate in daily team meetings\r\n\tCollaborate with cross functional teams such as FSQA, Reliability, and Human Resources\r\n\tFacilitate safety talks and task observations\r\n\tResponsible for daily administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling and shift reports\r\n\tSupport and lead special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Bring:\r\n\r\nThe successful candidate will be results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all employees.
