Always in the field, they maintain a relationship of partnership with their clients. Trained in our innovations in plant and animal nutrition, our TIMAC AGRO representatives make personalized recommendations tailored to each farm and its needs, becoming a trusted advisor to the farmers they assist.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEssential Job Functions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPresent and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.\r\n\tPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.\r\n\tFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.\r\n\tIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.\r\n\tPrepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.\r\n\tDevelop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.\r\n\tEstablish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.\r\n\tPrepares credit paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.\r\n\tManage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.\r\n\tIdentify and resolve client complaints.\r\n\tPrepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.\r\n\tCommunicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.\r\n\tCoordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to complete sales.\r\n\tDevelop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.\r\n\tPerform random soil sampling of each field within the territory every 3 to 4 years and prepare for analysis.\r\n\tIn order to evaluate the nutrient management program, monitor plant response to nutrient application on a regular basis.\r\n\tEvaluate farm nutrient levels from soils, plants, and manures and integrate into a nutrient management strategy.\r\n\tStay abreast of current agronomic and pesticide information through meetings and publications.\r\n\tAcquire Certified Crop Advisor certification\r\n\tAssist where needed.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEducation & Experience:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCollege Degree or Equivalent Experience\r\n\t1-5 Years of experience in the Agricultural Industry\r\n\tValid Driver’s License\r\n\tCertified Crop Advisor Certification (within time frame of employment)\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nInterested in joining our Team?
