This position is focused on supporting local growers by applying crop inputs in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n- Operate and maintain application equipment for fertilizer and crop protection products.\r\n- CDL Required Class A with Hazmat\r\n- Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure reliability and safety.\r\n- Use onboard computer systems to monitor and record applications.\r\n- Follow all safety standards, company protocols, and regulatory requirements.\r\n- Provide additional operational and service support as needed.\r\n\r\nWhat We’re Looking For:\r\n- Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating large equipment.\r\n- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe practices.\r\n- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.\r\n- Willingness to adapt to seasonal workload demands.\r\n- Prior Ag experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.\r\n\r\nCompensation & Benefits:\r\n- Competitive hourly wage with overtime potential.\r\n- Full benefits package including health insurance and retirement plan.\r\n- Opportunities for advancement within a stable, reputable organization.\r\n\r\nJOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a well-established agricultural operation in the search for an Applicator. This individual will be responsible for the safe and accurate application of crop inputs while ensuring equipment is properly maintained and operated. Daily tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, utilizing onboard computer systems for application accuracy, and performing routine service work as needed. The position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to following all safety and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
