Do you like customer service that is practical, useful, and well done? At ADM Value, we are hiring e-commerce customer advisors for a key player among animal lovers.
Your role: answer customer inquiries by phone and email, quickly understand their needs, and ensure clear follow-up until resolution. Our goal is a smooth customer experience: responsiveness, quality of response, and proper follow-up.
- You handle customer requests via calls and emails (multi-channel customer service).
- You qualify the request: order, delivery, return, refund, product, complaint...
- You provide a precise, courteous, and structured answer, adapted to each situation.
- You ensure the follow-up of cases until closure, following procedures.
- You contribute to a positive customer experience, even when the customer is in a hurry or dissatisfied.

Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM (French time)

Salary
- Salary package: 6,500 Moroccan Dirhams net.
Required profile :
You have excellent French skills, both spoken and written: you know how to explain, reassure, and write clear responses. You are reactive, organized, and stay calm when things get busy.
- Excellent French (spoken + written): clarity, spelling, phrasing.
- Responsiveness and service orientation: you respond quickly, but above all, well.
- Computer skills: tools, data entry, case follow-up, email processing.
- Listening and adaptability: you understand the request and adjust your approach.
- Previous customer service experience (call + email) is a plus.
