Here, you will talk with owners who are often very involved: your role is to listen, reassure, explain clearly, and provide a reliable answer. You are the voice that provides security, for both the client and their companion.
- You handle customer requests by phone, with a reassuring and professional attitude.
- You listen, assess the request, and provide a clear and structured answer.
- You explain information in a simple way (without jargon), and guide the client step by step.
- You follow up when necessary, to ensure the request is fully processed.
- You contribute to a smooth, respectful, and quality customer experience.

Salary
- Salary package: 7,300 Dhs net (fixed + bonuses).
Required profile :
You speak French perfectly: you are comfortable, clear, and can hold a conversation with calmness and good listening skills. You have a true customer service spirit, and you are naturally comfortable with discussions related to animals and their owners.
Excellent spoken French: clarity, listening, interpersonal skills.
Sense of service: empathy, patience, solution-oriented approach.
You enjoy interacting with pet owners (having or having had a pet is a real plus).
Organization and rigor: you can manage multiple requests without losing quality.
You know how to remain professional, even when emotions are present.
