missions :
Position Overview
As Global Maintenance Lead, you will define and own the global maintenance strategy across all Ceva production sites in France and internationally.
In this strategic role, you will play a key part in implementing innovative maintenance practices, strengthening predictive and preventive activities, and ensuring ongoing technological monitoring. You will work to align maintenance operations with the company’s overall objectives, in collaboration with the relevant departments, to improve equipment performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and guarantee the safety of personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and monitor maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency.
- Partner with the Finance and OPEX teams to propose an asset structure that enables efficient work order management and optimizes performance and costs.
- Design, together with the site teams, the optimal maintenance organisation by identifying the key roles.
- Ensure all sites have effective maintenance plans for critical equipment.
- Drive improvements in line performance by reducing planned and unplanned stoppages.
- Maintain technological surveillance to guarantee effective preventive maintenance.
- Act as BPO (Business Process Owner) for CMMS applications.
- Prepare obsolescence plans in collaboration with the Global CAPEX Manager.
- Coordinate the global maintenance community, fostering synergies, sharing best practices, and promoting teamwork.
- Partner with Finance to prepare and monitor maintenance budgets.
- Guarantee proper spare parts management across all sites.
- Collaborate with CAPEX Manager to ensure maintenance involvement in new installation design.
Your
profile :
Key Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years experience in a technical lead manufacturing, maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management within factory environments ideally in the pharma or healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to manage global maintenance programs, define and monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, costs), and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of vaccine technologies (bioreactor, autoclave, fermentation, lyophilization) together with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles would be considered an asset.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance standards, including GMP, is essential.
- Proficient in both French and English (written and verbal)

Location
- On-site presence at Ceva’s Libourne Headquarters.
- Up to 40% domestic and international travel, depending on business needs.
