Your
missions :
In an organisation whose challenge is to optimise workshop production while maintaining and improving quality and safety standards, the GMSQ campus in Libourne is recruiting an Industrial Coordinator (M/F) to cover the following tasks:
- Ensuring the consistency of quality documentation in the sector,
- Coordinating activities between support departments and FF1,
- Ensuring the monitoring of the department's training and accreditation process,
- Collaborating, leading and monitoring continuous improvement actions with his/her team to increase performance in the areas of quality and production performance,
- Assisting the department manager with regulatory quality and/or safety audits and inspections,
- Taking on some of the department manager's responsibilities in his/her absence, by delegation.
The position in question covers all FF1 activities. He/she is responsible for one or more coordinators.
In order to meet work organisation constraints (3 x 8), the incumbent may be required to work daytime hours as well as be present with the teams at the start and end of shifts, including weekends, while complying with the legal framework for working hours and rest periods.
Your
profile :
The ideal candidate will already have significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
The technical qualifications required for the position are as follows:
* Good LEAN strategy management skills,
* Proficiency in production system standards and tools,
* Good data analysis and operational problem-solving skills,
* Change management, communication and leadership skills,
* Knowledge of industrial manufacturing/distribution processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
You are dynamic, constructive, have good interpersonal skills and are a team player.
