With a national network of more than 700 locations, Nutrien Ag Solutions is one of the largest agribusinesses operating in Australia. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\n\r\nAs an integral part of a well-established and highly successful Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance division, this role has responsibility for servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of our partners. \r\nThe focus of your role will include:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tWork closely with our business partners and stakeholders \r\n\tProviding a high level of client service to enable effective relationship management.\r\n\tDealing with our client’s and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitate insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio.\r\n\tManage client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries\r\n\tOffering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process.\r\n\tAchieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business.\r\n\tPolicy maintenance.\r\n\tDriving growth thru new business opportunities \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You'll Bring:\r\n\r\nTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tA strong insurance sales background with a proven track record.\r\n\tA strong insurance broking background with a minimum of 5 years broking experience would be an advantage.\r\n\tFormal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous.\r\n\tFSR Tier 1 training via a reputable industry body (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA) is mandatory.\r\n\tThe ability to constantly look for opportunities with a readiness to get out and meet with your clients will ensure the growth of your portfolio. \r\n\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition.\r\n\tWorking autonomously with the business network to drive growth \r\n\tPrevious experience in building rapport with your client base and generating new leads. \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAre you a good match?
