Hours/Shift: On-site, full-time, M-F, Some Saturdays when required

What you’ll do
You’ll Own the Flow by supporting daily warehouse operations and delivering exceptional customer service. From handling product movement and maintaining a clean, organized environment to assisting customers and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency and safety. This position thrives in a fast-paced setting where attention to detail and teamwork make all the difference.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone ready to Own the Experience—a self-motivated individual who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining operational excellence. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with a team, this role is for you.
You’ll also need
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Agricultural industry experience (asset)
- Forklift experience (asset)
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to bend, twist, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
- Capability to operate equipment and work at heights when required
