Skretting AI isseekingan experienced and enthusiasticSenior Specialistwithin HPLC and spectrophotometry, to be an expert in analytical methods, leading the development and improvement of laboratory techniques and ensuring high-quality results at the Skretting AI laboratory.
The role reports to theTeam Lead NIR and isbased at Skretting’s headquarters in Stavanger, Norway.
This role includes overall responsibility for critical measurement equipment,mentoring laboratory staff, providing training, andbeing responsible forcomplex analytical problem-solving.
The position oversees method development and improvements, verification and validation of analytical equipment, measurement uncertainty, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance in line with ISO 17025 and regulatory requirements.
Additional responsibilitiesinclude sampleanalyses when needed, creating andmaintainingcontrol charts,andmaintainingaccuratemetadata inNutrecoLIMS.
The specialist collaborates with internal teams, researchers, quality managers, and external partners.
