With groundbreaking technology like Climate Fieldview, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in ag. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAs a Senior UX Designer, you will design intuitive, desirable, functional user experiences that enable a better "on the go" and "in cab" experience across our mobile FieldView platform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive delivery of the experience within the product. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis position is available for candidates based in St. Louis, Chicago, or remote within the Midwest. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES \r\n\r\nThe primary responsibilities of this role are to: \r\n\r\n\r\n\tCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders on product teams (squads) to understand user requirements and business objectives \r\n\tPartner with UX researchers & product leaders to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies \r\n\tObserve, analyze, and synthesize data in a way that reflects user behavior, including the creation of customer journeys, user personas, and actionable insights that can be translated into tangible design \r\n\tCreate intuitive, accessible, responsive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for omni-channel experiences in a way that clearly articulates design concepts and interactions \r\n\tIntegrate iterative, agile designs approaches to testing & learning through direct user & stakeholder feedback and usability testing \r\n\tBring up-to-date industry trends and best practices in UX design \r\n\tProvide design guidance and feedback to team members \r\n\tContribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, patterns, and standards to create a cohesive experience \r\n\tMake timely, informed decisions that consider the facts, outcomes, constraints and risks of a project or task \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWHO YOU ARE \r\n\r\nBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRequired: \r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field \r\n\tStrong portfolio showcasing design approach and key projects/products \r\n\t5-12 years of experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer for mobile and desktop \r\n\t2+ years of experience in conducting user research \r\n\tProficiency in advanced usage of Figma including rapid prototyping and using shared design systems \r\n\tSolid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices \r\n\tAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment \r\n\tExcellent communication and presentation skills \r\n\tSelf-managed, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively \r\n\tGenuine curiosity and high ability to learn \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPreferred: \r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience working in an agile development environment \r\n\tKnowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines \r\n\tUnderstanding of the digital agriculture or related industries \r\n\tKnowledge of iOS and Android mobile interface guidelines \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $120k-160k.
