This individual will play a key role in keeping the operation running efficiently, with primary responsibility for equipment maintenance and repairs and secondary involvement in crop production and equipment operation.\r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate is proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of addressing a wide range of mechanical and operational needs.
