This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, working with distributor networks, and shaping commercial growth across a range of international markets. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou’ll take responsibility for countries including China, Japan, North Africa, the Middle East and India — with the freedom to make a real impact.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIn this position, you will:\r\n\r\n• Deliver commercial plans for each assigned country.\r\n\r\n• Support and guide agents and distributors to achieve sales and profit targets.\r\n\r\n• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and pricing to keep plans on track.\r\n\r\n• Build trusted relationships with customers, authorities and industry bodies.\r\n\r\n• Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activity.\r\n\r\n• Work with technical and product teams on trials, demos and local market activity.\r\n\r\n• Represent the business professionally and ensure high-quality execution in every market.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWe are looking for someone who brings:\r\n\r\n• A Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Business or similar.\r\n\r\n• At least seven years’ international commercial or sales experience within agriculture, ideally the seed sector.\r\n\r\n• A strong track record working with distributors and indirect sales channels.\r\n\r\n• Confident forecasting, planning and negotiation skills.\r\n\r\n• Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt your approach across different regions.\r\n\r\n• Excellent English; additional languages would be an advantage.\r\n\r\n• Willingness to travel as needed.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhy This Role?\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou’ll be joining a business that values innovation, agility and long-term growth.
