This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales ability and a passion for agriculture to make a real impact.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n• Increase sales of feed products.\r\n\r\n• Develop and manage your own direct ledger and support merchant-ledgers.\r\n\r\n• Identify and onboard new clients.\r\n\r\n• Build and maintain a database to generate new business.\r\n\r\n• Provide on-farm technical support and telephone assistance to merchants and customers.\r\n\r\n• Plan and execute telesales and marketing campaigns.\r\n\r\n• Report on performance against targets at Sales and Marketing meetings.\r\n\r\n• Keep on top of database updates to ensure visibility across the business.\r\n\r\n• Promote products through distributor meetings and marketing initiatives.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat We’re Looking For\r\n\r\n• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar sector.\r\n\r\n• Strong communication and negotiation skills.\r\n\r\n• Ability to build lasting relationships with merchants and farmers.\r\n\r\n• IT literate and comfortable managing data.\r\n\r\n• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.\r\n\r\n• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend national and local meetings.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat’s on Offer\r\n\r\n• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.\r\n\r\n• Growth opportunities.\r\n\r\n• Full training and ongoing professional development.\r\n\r\n• Work within a supportive team that values innovation and best practices.\r\n\r\n
