Ellens Equipment is hiring an On-Road Parts – Service Sales Representative to join our team in Mid-Michigan. In this role you will be supporting customers at local farms and shops by building and maintaining strong customer relationship to drive repeat business.
We are a family owned, agricultural, construction and landscaping equipment dealer with three locations (McBain, Ithaca, and Beal City). We offer equipment repair services, parts, and sales of several different types of equipment from a variety of manufacturers.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Manage a consistent sales route visiting customer farms and shops
- Sell, order, and deliver parts for farm machinery and agricultural equipment
- Promote parts specials and the full line of Ellens Equipment products
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop new farm and agriculture customers
- Inspect customer equipment to identify service or parts needs
Additional Duties:
- Coordinate parts deliveries and assist with parts counter coverage as needed
- Maintain company vehicle and daily CRM (Salesforce) visit logs
- Contact customers when orders arrive
- Participate in rotating Saturday and on-call schedules
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in the farm equipment or agriculture equipment industry (parts or service preferred)
- Strong organization, time management, and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 80 lbs occasionally)
- Comfortable traveling to customer farms and shops
- Basic computer skills and inventory knowledge
