missions :
Your
mission
In
strict compliance with the standards of the regulated and demanding environment
of the pharmaceutical field, you will manage strategic product development
projects: definition of objectives, planning, coordination, execution
monitoring and delivery. You ensure the delivery of projects. You are
responsible for ensuring that deadlines, budget, scope and quality are met,
ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Define and maintain the
project development plan (planning, budget, resources, risks).
Coordinate
cross-functional teams and lead the project dynamic.
Ensure clear
communication with the sponsor, teams and internal/external stakeholders.
Anticipate risks, track
corrective actions and ensure compliance with processes.
Ensure compliance with
internal processes, regulatory requirements and project management
standards
Contribute to the
continuous improvement of project management methods and tools.
Key Competencies
Mastery of project management
Cross-functional
coordination and leadership in complex environments.
Communication &
management of stakeholders at expert level.
Good understanding of
project-related business processes and the pharmaceutical environment
(GxP)
Proficiency in project
management tools (such as MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent)

Your
profile :
Bac+5 in management,
science, engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in
project management (3–7 years), ideally in an international environment
A certification in
project management is a plus.
Fluency in English
