Position Overview
As Learning & Development Specialist you will contribute to the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across all regions. You will work closely with global stakeholders and help shape the learning culture at Ceva on a global level.

Key Responsabilities
Instructional Design & Learning Experience Creation
- Lead end‑to‑end learning projects and design impactful, scalable learning experiences.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to assess needs and co‑create effective solutions.
- Apply instructional design and blended learning principles to build learner‑centric programs.
- Review and improve existing content to ensure quality, relevance, and consistency.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of Group learning standards and offerings.
LMS / LXP Administration
- Administer the global LMS: content integration, assignments, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Curate and manage digital content on the LXP to ensure relevance and engagement.
Reporting & Learning Analytics
- Produce training reports and monitor key learning KPIs.
- Create custom LMS reports to track training history and compliance.
- Analyse learning data and generate actionable insights.
Your
profile :
Key Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources or in instructional engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience, ideally in global or group‑level environments.
- Strong instructional design and learning architecture expertise, able to translate complex needs into effective solutions.
- Experience leading learning projects and administering/optimising LMS/LXP platforms in multi‑regional contexts.
- Ability to define, apply, and improve learning standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Solid learning analytics skills, including KPI definition and effectiveness measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with influence at senior HR and business levels.
- High digital learning maturity across blended, virtual, and asynchronous modalities; interest in learning innovation is a plus.
- Proficient in French and English, comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.

Additional Information
Location : Hybrid role based at Ceva’s headquarters in Libourne (near Bordeaux), with one day of remote work per week subject to the manager’s approval.
Contract type: Full‑time permanent contract (CDI)
Salary range: 42,000 € – 50,000 € annually + company benefits
