Position Overview:
Ceva Santé Animale is strengthening its Finance Transformation & Excellence team and is recruiting a Senior Finance Transformation Manager (M/F), on a fixed-term contract, based at the headquarters in Libourne.
The successful candidate will contribute to the transformation of the Finance function, driving significant evolution in the Group’s financial processes, tools, and practices to support performance and growth in a constantly changing international environment.
Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, the Senior Finance Transformation Manager plays a key role in defining, structuring, and formalizing Group Finance standards. Acting as a methodological and operational reference, this role works closely with both central and local Finance teams, as well as IT and business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
Finance Process Design & Standardization
- Lead the mapping, formalization, and documentation of target Finance processes and Group standards.
- Design and validate flowcharts and associated documentation.
- Deploy a structured methodology such as SIPOC (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer) across the entire Finance value chain.
- Ensure process consistency and harmonization across countries and entities.
Tools & ERP
- Lead the formalization and harmonization of practices within the various Finance tools.
- Write and structure user procedures for Finance tools (strong knowledge of JDE is highly appreciated).
- Contribute to the evolution of existing tools and the integration of new functionalities.
Expert Role & Support
- Act as a senior reference within the team.
- Support and develop junior profiles.
- Contribute to preparing user materials and delivering training sessions for local Finance teams.
Your
profile :
Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in finance, management, audit, or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in an audit firm (Big 4) and/or in operational or corporate Finance roles (finance, management control, finance transformation, process improvement, or international cross-functional projects).
- Proven expertise in process design, documentation, and standardization.
- Strong knowledge of Finance ERPs (JDE is a major asset).
- Ability to operate in a demanding international environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
