In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers and technicians.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou will handle day-to-day parts enquiries on agricultural machinery and specialist vegetable equipment, ensuring accurate advice and timely solutions. You will manager orders from start to finish, processing, dispatching, and following up, while providing expert guidance on the products and services. Whether face-to-face or over the phone, you’ll be the trusted link that keeps our clients’ customers’ operations running smoothly.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t• Assist customers and technicians with parts queries and orders\r\n\t• Provide knowledgeable advice on agricultural and specialist vegetable machinery parts\r\n\t• Ensure accurate processing of orders, payments, and stock control\r\n\t• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally\r\n\t• Maintain and update parts inventory to ensure availability\r\n\t• Liaise with suppliers to source and order parts when required\r\n\t• Contribute to achieving sales targets and upselling opportunities\r\n\t• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYour Profile:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t Strong communication skills\r\n\t Good knowledge of agricultural machinery (specialist vegetable machinery desirable)\r\n\t Retail/showroom experience (desirable)\r\n\t Ability to work under pressure in a busy Agricultural dealership branch\r\n\t Competent with IT systems\r\n\t Excellent numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail\r\n\t Team player with the ability to work independently\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat to expect:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t Competitive salary package\r\n\t Overtime Opportunities\r\n\t 32 days annual leave\r\n\t Workplace Pension\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
