About the role:
To assist the Divisional HR team in HR activities and documentation such as staffing, policy implementation, holidays, medical services, payroll, terminations, accommodation and report to HR Supervisor on the implemented activities using appropriate systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all personnel transactions are processed accurately and in full compliance with company policies.
- Manage and maintain control over outstanding personnel documents, including CRR, Blue TRA, Disclaimers, and other related records.
- Oversee the processing of employee holidays to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
- Handle and coordinate all medical services–related activities for employees.
- Review and verify HR matters received from regional offices to ensure full compliance with group personnel policies and standards.
- Ensure timely processing and follow-up of school fee requests.
- Support and facilitate the completion of administrative tasks while maintaining updated and organized summaries and records
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English
