Your
missions :
Reporting to the Senior Vice President North America, the Country Manager leads Ceva’s strategic, commercial, and organizational development in Canada.
You will shape the long‑term vision of the subsidiary, drive sustainable growth, and ensure operational excellence, including direct oversight of the Autogenous Vaccines business and manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities :
ØStrategic & Market Leadership
·Define and execute Canada’s strategy aligned with Ceva’s corporate vision.
·Build a 3–5‑year roadmap for commercial, marketing, and operational functions.
·Anticipate market trends and customers’ needs to guide future pipelines and business plans.
ØBusiness Growth & Development
·Identify and activate growth opportunities across species and product lines.
·Support major negotiations and strengthen relationships with top national accounts.
·Lead the strategic development of the Autogenous Vaccines business and ensure alignment between commercial and manufacturing objectives.
ØPeople Leadership
·Lead, engage, and develop the Canadian Management Team.
·Build a strong talent pipeline and drive a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
·Role‑model Ceva’s values, leadership style, and decision‑making principles.
ØFinancial & Operational Excellence
·Own the Canadian P&L and ensure achievement of financial objectives.
·Oversee pricing, margin performance, OPEX, and resource allocation.
·Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory frameworks.
ØCommunication & Alignment
·Cascade Ceva’s vision, ambition, and priorities across the subsidiary.
·Partner with Corporate Communications and contribute to internal and external reputation building.
·Lead crisis communication planning and execution when needed.
Your
profile :
- Post‑secondary degree required; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, ideally in the animal health sector.
- Senior leadership experience with strong people‑development achievements.
- Proven track record of P&L management and delivering strong business growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate complex, evolving markets.
Languages
·Fluent English (mandatory), French is a plus

·Guelph, Ontario
·Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, dependingon business needs.
