Job Description: Our client is seeking a Veterinary Nurse / Customer Service Specialist to join a busy companion and exotic animal clinic located in Mount Wellington, Auckland. This full-time position offers a varied role combining front-of-house client service with hands-on veterinary nursing responsibilities in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The clinic is well-established and equipped with modern diagnostic tools, serving a diverse client base across Auckland. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring clients receive a welcoming and professional experience throughout their visit.
Qualifications Needed:
- Recognised veterinary nursing qualification or equivalent training
- Experience working within a veterinary clinic or animal healthcare environment
- Strong client communication and customer service skills
- Confidence assisting with anaesthesia, surgical procedures and patient monitoring
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment while maintaining high standards of care
