The focus is on building strong relationships, becoming a trusted partner and retaining customers.\r\n\r\nCovering Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire, you’ll act as the main point of contact for both new enquiries and existing customers. You’ll work as part of a passionate, knowledgeable team, while enjoying the autonomy to develop your region without unnecessary oversight or micromanagement.\r\n\r\nAt its core, the role is about supporting customers and building long lasting relationships - answering queries, resolving issues and helping them achieve the best results with their calves.\r\n\r\nWith demand continuing to rise and a clear strategy for growth, this is an ideal opportunity to make your mark within a respected and expanding business.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe role:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tRepresent the business in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire.\r\n\tPitch to prospective clients\r\n\tEducate customers and sell the business model\r\n\tOnboard new customers\r\n\tSupport and advise farmers through calf finishing process\r\n\tManage existing customer accounts\r\n\tAttend shows, open days and events\r\n\tExtensive travel to visit farms\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAbout you:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tGood communication skills\r\n\tExperience selling direct to farmers\r\n\tSolid understanding of the beef production sector\r\n\tWilling to travel across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire\r\n\tUK driving licence\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Package:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSalary based on experience\r\n\tBonus (Based on achievable KPIs)\r\n\tCompany vehicle (Includes personal use)\r\n\tPension\r\n\t\r\n\t \r\n\r\n
